1. Agreement
By purchasing any Visual Tools product from visualtools.cc, you agree to these Terms of Service and End User Licence Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.
2. What You Purchase
When you purchase a Visual Tools product, you receive a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive personal licence to access and use the product via your permanent personal link on your own devices for your own personal or professional work.
You do not purchase ownership of the software, the source code, the design, or any intellectual property embodied in the product. Visual Tools retains all rights not expressly granted in this licence.
3. What You May Do
- Access and use the product on any device you personally own or control.
- Export and keep local backups of your data at any time.
- Use the product for personal or commercial work you produce yourself.
4. What You May Not Do
The following are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this licence:
- Resale. You may not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your access link or any licence to use it to any third party.
- Redistribution. You may not share, publish, or make your personal access link available to any other person or entity, whether for free or for payment.
- Rebranding. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, licence notices, or attribution within the product, and then present the product as your own work.
- Sublicensing. You may not grant any rights under this licence to any third party.
- Bundling. You may not include access to the product in any software bundle, template pack, digital product collection, or similar offering sold or distributed to others.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All Visual Tools products are protected by copyright law. Copyright notices must not be removed or altered. Removal or alteration of copyright notices is a violation of this licence and applicable law.

6. Payment and Delivery
Purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Upon confirmed payment, you receive a permanent personal access link by email. All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Because digital access is delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Please use the free in-browser demo before purchasing. See our Refund Policy for exceptional circumstances.
7. Storage Renewal
Your purchase includes the first year of data storage. After year one, an optional €4.99/year renewal keeps your data synced and accessible. You may cancel the renewal at any time. If you do not renew, you can export your data before the storage period ends. Visual Tools is not liable for data loss resulting from non-renewal.
8. No Warranties
Visual Tools products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the product will meet your specific requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of the product is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visual Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Privacy
Visual Tools products run in your browser. No content you create is shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than delivering the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of purchased products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
